General Terms terms applies unique terms. Terms which fit the dynamics of ‘meeting and working’ in 2013. All locations on this website hold a license issued by International and apply these terms for all bookings.

1. Booking options

You can cancel your booked seats until 24 hours before your booking. After this period of time your booking at will be final. Directly after you booked, you will receive a booking confirmation by e-mail. Moreover, you will receive two e-mails from us, one week and 48 hours before the starting time of your booking. These e-mails contain an extra confirmation and the option to immediately change your booking or to cancel it.

When you can cancel your booked workspace until 24 hours before the starting time of your reservation, we will not charge any cancellation fees. If you have not paid your booking 24 hours in advance (in case of a paid workspace), your booked workspace will be automatically cancelled and removed from the system.

2. Freedom to change your booking anywhere, anytime

Your are free to change your booking anywhere and anytime, up to 24 hours in advance. Just log in to, which you can access 24/7. Make sure your booking information contains the final number of participants, the chosen food & drinks and the necessary audio-visual equipment, 24 hours in advance of your meeting.

3. Terms of payment

3.1 Meetingspace
Bookings of meetingspaces at can be paid online, if a location provides this option. If this is not the case, an invoice will be send afterwards.

Bookings of workspaces should be issued through online payment. currently only supports iDeal as online payment method. Soon we will expand the online payment methods with Mastercard, Visa and Paypal.

3.2 Bookings up til 500 euro should be paid on the spot using a debit card after your meeting. The location will provide you with an invoice by e-mail after your payment.

3.3 When a paid booking is cancelled at least 24 hours in advance, the payment will be refunded to your bank account within 30 days.

3.4 If a paid booking is not cancelled in time, will consider this booking as final. Refunds of online payments within 24 hours of the starting time of the booking are not allowed.

3.5 The system will automatically generate an invoice after the meeting. It will be send to the e-mail address you provided. If you wish to receive a hard copy of the invoice, we will charge 15 euro administration fee per printed invoice. This amount should be paid within 14 days after the invoice date.

3.6 If the total amount of a booking exceeds 3000 euro (excl. tax) we will request for a prepayment, which is 50% of the total invoice. The prepayment should be paid within 14 days after receiving the invoice and at the latest, 5 working days before the meeting. When you make a new booking within the 'last-minute' period (within 5 days before the meeting), the payment should be received by us 48 hours in advance at the latest. The prepayment will be deducted from the final invoice.

3.7 When the invoice is not paid within the term of 14 days, an extra 1% of the total invoice amount will be charged each week. The final payment deadline is 4 weeks after the invoice date. After these 4 week, the invoice will be handed over to a debt collection agency. The acoompanying costs will be passed on to the booker with a minimum of 10% of the total invoice sum.

4. Booking fees

For each seat booked in a meetingspace a booking fee of 1 euro is charged with a maximum of €100 per booking. However, no booking fee is applied when seats are offered free of charge.

5. Social Capital

5.1 Social Capital (SC) is the added value of individual talents of all players within a value network. This social capital is used as a currency. When the price of a workspace is 0 euro, the SC-symbol will appear. In that case, we expect you to ‘pay’ with your social capital, meaning you are open to meet others and share knowledge.

5.2 During the booking process you will be asked what your expertise is. Using this information we will be able to provide an overview of all individuals present at a location and what their expertise is. You could also use it to search which knowledge is present at a certain location. This information will be only used for knowledge sharing at If you do not with to share this you could opt to keep this hidden from the public.

6. Your personal belongings can not be held liable for any case of damage or loss of your property.
